Chrissy Creates – Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the U.S. after processing.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

  • Chrissy Creates is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Chrissy Creates is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Chrissy Creates is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.

International Shipping 

  • At this time, Chrissy Creates ships [only within the U.S. / to select international locations]. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
